Spaghetti Supper Fundraiser

The band is selling tickets for a Spaghetti Supper. The supper will be on Thursday, August 14th from 4:30 - 5:45 p.m. in the school cafeteria. The cost of the plates is $5.00 each and drinks will be sold separately.

Tickets will be available for students and parents to pre-sell dinners!!! Please help us raise money for transportation costs to away games!!!

We are also asking each band member to donate $5 each to help with purchasing food to prepare the meals. Please turn this in ASAP, but no later than August 11th (the first day of school).

Band members are also being asked to donate homemade baked goodies (cakes, pies, cookies, etc...) to serve with the meals for dessert. These need to brought to the school on Wednesday & Thursday (August 13 & 14). We will need to have these available to slice and plate on Thursday afternoon.

If there are any parents who would like to help with food preparation, serving meals or clean-up afterwards.....WE NEED YOU! Plus...students you can help out after band practice on Thursday evening with serving & clean-up.
